I thoroughly enjoyed the personal group training sessions at RWIJK GYM.

Unfortunately, I am forced to stop working out at RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk. After enjoying the group training sessions (Muscle Mania, Workout of the Month & Bootcamp Training) for over a year, I am moving, making it no longer feasible to continue working out here. The personal group training sessions, Muscle Mania, and the Workout of the Month (WOM) are great workouts that change monthly. I also found WOM to be a nice workout. to get in shape for the somewhat more intensive bootcamp training sessions.

Handy RWIJK GYM app

Workouts can be managed via a handy RWIJK GYM app, which also contains the exercises so you can study them in more detail (useful for beginners) and you can track metric information about your exercises, body composition, and also about your lifestyle such as; power supply and daily exercise, sleep, etc.

The different personal trainers all have something that makes them unique.

The various personal trainers all have something that makes them unique, but they all have a high basic level. Because of this, I think RWIJK GYM always has a trainer available who suits you.
