Use whole wheat dough (or make a base from vegetables): Whole wheat dough contains more fiber and nutrients than white dough. Choose lean toppings: Opt for low-fat cheese (or leave the cheese out entirely), plenty of vegetables, and lean meat toppings (or no meat and vegetables instead). And limit the portion size: Eat a normal portion instead of an oversized pizza.
