The new program, the 21-Day Challenge, is a great success. In this blog, we reflect once again on the causes of this and write the following analysis. 

Every beginning is difficult.

There are several reasons why this saying contains truth:

  6. Fear of the unknown: The unknown can cause fear and doubt. People are often afraid of failure or the uncertainty of new ventures, which can make the beginning extra difficult.

You train in a small group with one dedicated trainer who guides you during these 21 days. You receive a nutrition plan, a training schedule, and, of course, tons of fun working out. So, it's not about who is the best, but about us successfully completing the challenge as a group.
