Sports in winter conditions 

It had been a few years since we in the Netherlands had to deal with these kinds of wintry weather conditions. Fortunately, we were well informed in advance that it was coming, and so we at RWIJK GYM We were able to make our adjustments based on this. Because not exercising or training is not a solution for us. Of course, if people didn't want to do that, it was no problem, and we had more than 135 online workouts ready that they could follow indoors. 

Our members are dedicated and are not deterred by the snow and cold. After all, summer goals are achieved by training for them in the winter ;) After everything had been (almost) cleared of snow, they could safely continue training one-on-one, one-on-two, or independently. And to reward them for their effort and perseverance after the workout, a hot chocolate with whipped cream was waiting for them.
