Great for watching the European Championship football

Craving chips while watching a European Championship football match, but don't want to consume too many calories and fats? Then this recipe is perfect for you! These 'chips' are made from wraps and prepared in the oven, so no deep-frying is involved, and they are also incredibly tasty and quick to make. 

Ingredients for 1 person: 

  • 1 whole wheat wrap (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 ml) olive oil
  • Spices to taste
  • Salsa dip (50 g)

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the wrap into triangles.
  3. Place the triangles in a bowl with the olive oil and herbs and mix together.
  4. Spread the triangles over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn them over halfway through if desired.
  5. Remove the chips from the oven, let them cool, and serve with the salsa.
