The name alone makes you hungry! Besides being incredibly delicious, the strawberry quark tart is also rich in protein. This gives you a feeling of satiety after eating this dish, and it is also good for muscle building and/or muscle recovery after an intensive workout.
You can eat this recipe as a dessert, but it is also very tasty for breakfast or lunch! This way, you can vary what and when you eat. The quark tart is deliciously refreshing with a nice crunch on the base. In addition, it is very easy to make, and you will be finished preparing it in no time. I would say give it a try and let us know what you thought of it. If you have any fun ideas or variations on this recipe, we would love to hear them 🙂
