Achieving personal goals together with enjoyable exercise in Rijswijk

In mid-February, I joined RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk. I did this because I wanted to get moving again and start achieving my personal goals. After my intake interview, I was advised to work out twice a week in a small group setting, combined with a personal nutrition/lifestyle coach. I speak with my coach every month to see how I'm doing. power supply and other important lifestyle matters, and whether I needed anything else. Every other month I had a comprehensive body measurement so that my coach and I could clearly see my progress. 

Not a strict diet, but just some adjustments to my eating habits.

I achieved my goal not by following a strict diet, but simply by making some adjustments to my eating habits. The 1-on-1 coaching sessions helped me a lot with this. I now know what I can eat and drink. I had a good feeling about it from the very first appointment! Additionally, working out twice a week has now truly become part of my week, something I hadn't been able to manage on my own for a long time.

The guidance provided by the personal trainers at RWIJK GYM is very professional. You are motivated to get the most out of yourself, your posture is closely monitored, and in a really pleasant way. In short, I am very satisfied with RWIJK GYM!
