Our bootcamp training sessions are not occupational therapy in the park. In our bootcamp training, we first build up our participants. Then, we make you 'really fit'. The idea behind our bootcamp training method is that, over time, every participant who regularly attends the training discovers the athlete within themselves.  

What is Bootcamp

Bootcamp is an American military term for the introductory week of United States Marine Corps training. During this time, recruits are physically and mentally prepared for the intensive training they are about to undergo. This term was later adopted in the fitness industry, starting with the so-called "bootcamp" Tae Bo training sessions of Billy Blanks. Bootcamp eventually became a popular term for training in which various exercises are performed in a circuit format. For the past 10 years or so, the term has become very popular as a fitness training method involving group training outdoors.
