More energetic in my daily life

I once started personal training at RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk. I didn't exercise, but I did feel the need to clear my head alongside a busy teaching job. Furthermore, at that time I was often (mentally) tired, unwell, and frequently caught a cold.

What helped me most during the personal training sessions was learning a good basic posture and how to build up my body step by step to put stress on it and thereby make it fitter. Outside of my personal training sessions, there was also a lot of personal attention from my trainer regarding what I could change in my daily lifestyle alongside my workouts.

My motivation faded away

After a while, I stopped personal training and trained at a gym on my own for a bit. However, my motivation waned. I started dreading it; I did the exercises I had become familiar with, but I missed the personal coaching during my workouts. 

I then contacted my old again personal trainer Robert, and on his recommendation, I subsequently started attending the personal group training sessions at RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk. For me, those training sessions are a great complement to running. That love for running was actually sparked by the personal training sessions, and I have continued doing it all these years since. 

Regained the enjoyment of exercising by attending the personal group training sessions

The group training The ones I currently follow twice a week are: WOM (stands for Workout Of the Month) and Muscle Mania. I really enjoy the variety of these two different workouts. 

But besides that, I have also regained the joy of exercising itself. The groups are small, the atmosphere is pleasant and mutually coaching. Everyone trains at their own level, and at the same time there is always sufficient personal guidance from the personal trainer leading the group training. This ensures that the exercises are performed correctly and effectively, and also that you will increasingly challenge yourself physically. 

In addition to working out, you can always turn to the personal trainers at RWIJK GYM with any further questions.

For additional questions regarding physical complaints (for example in the case of an injury), goals such as to fall off and want to look physically better, etc., you can also turn to the personal trainers at RWIJK GYM. Attention is paid to what is still possible and which

adjustments can be made to the program to ensure you can continue exercising in a responsible manner and achieve your set goals.

Mentally and physically, it has really done me a lot of good. I have become stronger, literally and figuratively, hardly ever catch a cold anymore, and my head can now switch off for a while every now and then. 

Participating in group sports has also brought me a number of nice social contacts.

Finally, I find it a real added value to train together with the other RWIJK GYM members. This results in hard training, but also a lot of laughter (relaxation) during these group sessions. Additionally, it has led to some nice social connections. This is motivating during training, but outside of that, it also brings the conviviality of having a bite to eat together.

In short: my two weekly workouts at RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk are a fixed part of my week and ensure that I have more energy in my daily life.
