
At HealthCoachPlus, we consider technique and posture important when performing an exercise. Moving is good, but moving well is even better! Therefore, we regularly host a movement clinic in which we focus on a specific movement or muscle group. Thanks to the small group size of a maximum of 4 participants, we can give everyone extra personal attention and teach them how to train more effectively and safely.
Train more effectively with the 'Pulling' movement clinic
The 'Pull' movement clinic took place on Wednesday, June 26. Pulling is one of the 5 basic movements. In addition to a bit of theory regarding the muscle groups used for this, various exercises were performed. It was once again a successful clinic, with the best reaction coming from a Muscle Mania participant: “Thanks to the personal guidance and tips from the clinic, I can now do 3 more repetitions per set!”
