
Want to do something different together on Valentine's Day? Then bake together and try these raspberry cupcakes! These cupcakes contain cannellini beans, which are packed with fiber and vitamins. Cannellini beans contain vitamins B1, B2, and B3, which is good for the body's energy supply. Something you could really use on your Valentine's evening ;). Additionally, the cupcakes are packed with protein, which is good for muscle recovery and growth, and they also keep you feeling full longer, which helps prevent you from wanting to eat again soon. A very tasty dish that, due to its high protein content, is also suitable if your goal is weight loss or muscle building.
Ingredients for (6 cupcakes)
- 125 grams of cannellini beans
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp liquid sweetener
- 15/30 grams of raspberries
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Put the beans, banana, egg, baking powder, and liquid sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the batter among 6 cupcake molds.
- Break the raspberries into smaller pieces and use them as a topping.Optional: also add some small pieces of raspberries to the batter.
- Put the cupcakes in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
