At this small-scale gym in the Plaspoelpolder area of Rijswijk, there are professional trainers who give you all the attention you need. I attend a personal group training session there twice a week: the outdoor WOM (Work out of the Month) on Monday evenings and Muscle Mania on Thursday evenings.
