
You can enjoy this delicious sandwich recipe for lunch, but also for dinner with a soup on the side. Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 ciabatta (75 grams each)
- ½ burrata ball (125 grams)
- 12 cherry tomatoes (300 grams)
- Serrano ham (100 grams)
- 2 tbsp (15 grams per tablespoon) green pesto
- Pine nuts (20 grams)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Balsamic dressing (20 ml per spoon)
- Optionally, you can sprinkle some chili flakes over it.
* Halve the quantities indicated above if you want to make the sandwich just for yourself.
Preparation method of the Burrata sandwich:
- Preheat the oven grill for 5 minutes.
- Put cherry tomatoes in an oven dish with some olive oil, pepper and salt.
- Then place the baking dish in the preheated oven under the grill for 10 minutes.
- Toast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil.
- Cut the 2 ciabatta rolls in half.
- Drizzle both rolls with some olive oil.
- Briefly fry the rolls on the side with olive oil until golden brown in the same frying pan where the pine nuts were just cooked.
- Then spread the green pesto on the rolls.
- Then place the Serrano ham on top.
- Cut the burrata in half and mash one half onto each roll.
- Then top the rolls with the grilled cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
- And finally, some balsamic dressing.
- And finally, put the cap on and attack!
