
Being pregnant and staying fit
During my pregnancy, I wanted to stay fit and started training at RWIJK GYM. During that period, I thoroughly enjoyed attending personal group training twice a week. Because the group is small, the personal trainer has enough attention for everyone. In my case, they assessed how the exercises needed to be adjusted for each session. As a result, I was able to keep up with almost everything well, and partly thanks to this approach, I was still training gently two evenings before the birth of my son, and this did me a lot of good during and after my delivery 🙂
Exercising after giving birth
After my pregnancy, for six months, I took a class once a week in addition to a group training. personal training Done. I was paired with Faried, and that turned out to be a very good move. Faried is an experienced and skilled personal trainer. We started with the basics in the first few lessons, so that I could gradually strengthen my core, hips, and the rest of my body step by step. In addition, during the training sessions, Faried explained a lot about body posture in combination with the desired training technique, and he also provided other handy tips and tricks to ensure I could train properly and safely.
After this six months of personal training, I can say that I am physically completely back to my old self, my body is much stronger than before the pregnancy, and I really enjoyed it too!
