Due to the prolonged rainy weather, this final project had to wait a while, but at the end of last month, the time had finally come! On a beautiful Saturday, the RWIJK GYM corporate photoshoot was finally on the schedule.

Beforehand, Santos visited my location twice to take a look, and we created a plan of action. In doing so, he listened carefully to my business vision and wishes for the photos. Normally, a complete corporate photoshoot requires two days, but with a tight schedule, we both thought we could manage it in just one day. To make this possible, Wildest photography A step-by-step plan with a script was created. The entire training location, inside and out, and the office had to be spick and span for the best end result. The number and type of extras required were also clearly communicated. And how lucky I am that we at RWIJK GYM We have so many sweet, willing members who wanted to come and help for a few hours on their free (and sunny) Saturday to be extras at the shoot!
The end result of the corporate photoshoot is impressive.
On Saturday, July 17, we started at 7:00 AM, and by 7:30 AM, the first members (some even dressed entirely in suits) were standing on the doorstep. After a cup of coffee and some treats, Santos and his partner Dave gave an explanation to the members and trainers. Everyone was told in advance what the plan would be and when they needed to be ready. We continued non-stop until 4:30 PM that day, and by then all the photos had been taken. What I found really wonderful was that everyone who helped out, from the trainer team to the members, waited patiently for their turn. During that time, they sat chatting happily together in the sunshine until the moment of action arrived. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone once again immensely for their help, patience, and good times during our company photoshoot!
