Then try this simple but very tasty and filling smoothie bowl. Good for breakfast or lunch, the smoothie bowl is ready in no time.

Macro information:

The bowl contains many carbohydrates, but mainly the good carbohydrates, which are an important source of energy for the body. You get fiber from the granola, which is important for your health. Additionally, you get a lot of protein from the quark, which provides a feeling of fullness and is good for muscle building.

Ingredients for 1 bowl

  •       200 grams of frozen strawberries
  •       1 banana
  •       30 grams of granola
  •       150 grams of low-fat quark

Preparation method:

  1. Put the quark and the banana in a blender. Blend until combined.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries. Blend until there are no chunks left.
  3. Top with granola.
