Granula: Delicious to add to your quark for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack in between!

Ingredients:

  • 125 g oat flakes
  • 75 g rye flakes
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) sunflower oil
  • 3 tsp (15 g) gingerbread/speculaas spices

Preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to approximately 175 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except the herbs and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Note: every oven is different, so keep a close eye on it. It will burn before you know it.
3. Stir occasionally.
4. Let cool and add the herbs.
5. Store in a sealable jar.
6. Add to your favorite quark or yogurt

Per 40-gram serving:

Kilocalories: 177 kcal
Carbohydrates: 17.3 g
Proteins: 5 g
Fats: 8.7 g

This dish consists of 11 % of protein, 44 % of fat, and 39 % of carbohydrates.
