– Lamb's lettuce (100 grams)
– 1 can (140 grams) tuna in water
– 2 tomatoes on the vine (120 grams per pc.)
– 1/2 cucumber (100 grams)
– 2 (8 grams per stalk) spring onions
– 8 (10-15 grams each) slices of pickle
– 2 tbsp. (15 grams per tbsp.) mayonnaise with yogurt
– 1 tsp. (5 grams) mustard
– a splash (max. 10 ml) of olive oil

Preparing tuna wraps
- Slice the tomato and cucumber as thinly as possible. The thinner you slice, the easier it is to roll up the wraps.
- You can slice the cucumber into thin slices with a sharp paring knife.
- You do the same with the tomatoes, but cut them into thin rings.
- Finally, cut the spring onion into thin rings.
- Open the can of tuna so that the water can drain out.
How do I make the dressing
- Mix the mayonnaise with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a splash of olive oil in a small bowl.
- Season with some pepper and salt and stir everything together well.
- Optionally, you can add a small splash of lemon juice. This gives your dressing a boost, making it just a little fresher.
Filling the wraps with tuna
- First, spread some cream cheese on each wrap.
- Spread the lamb's lettuce over the middle and top with the cucumber and tomato slices.
- Now place one or two thin slices of pickle on top.
- Divide the drained tuna among the 4 wraps.
- Then put some of the mayonnaise and mustard dressing over it.
- Finally, sprinkle some of the spring onion rings on top and roll up the wrap tightly.
- Cut the wraps in half
- Place the wraps with tuna, lamb's lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on a large plate or a serving board.
Bon a Petit!
