I always thought the extra kilos would never come off because they had been there for so long. I had never dieted, but I still wanted to give it a try so that I would at least have tried. I found RWIJK GYM via Google, and when I started personal training there after my intake interview, something clicked for me.

Together with me, he then tailored a lifestyle plan to my body, stated wishes, and mindset. The result truly reflects that. I feel fit and strong again, and have lost over 15 kilos. And most importantly: I can stick with this; this is my new lifestyle thanks to the insights I gained with the help of my guidance at RWIJK GYM.

The great thing about RWIJK GYM is the relaxed atmosphere, where any physical limitations or injuries are taken into account, so you can always train. Everyone is welcome and we motivate each other. Personal Training It has really brought me what I have been looking for for years, and I also enjoy the personal group training every week. Alongside playing hockey, I will therefore continue working out weekly at RWIJK GYM for the time being!
