I had been training independently for years and had lost over 15 kilos on my own. Then I reached a point where I couldn't make any more progress and started to stagnate. At that moment, I decided to attend an intake interview and trial training session at RWIJK GYM. After this appointment, I was immediately convinced and started training with one of the personal trainers who works there. And after 6 months of fun and sometimes really tough workouts, what a result!

Besides the personal training I also attended one personal group training session per week (often the bootcamp training) and received a nutrition plan with dietary advice and a sports program that I could carry out independently alongside the training sessions at RWIJK GYM. Adjustments were made to my training schedule over the course of this period. The sport, power supply and lifestyle coaching have ensured that I have lost another 13 kilos after 6 months. And even more importantly to mention, of which hardly any muscle mass and mainly in my fat mass.

From here, try it yourself again, but remain the personal group training like doing Bootcamp weekly, because besides the good results, you also just train in a fun group with other people. Exercising outdoors together is more fun than people think (even in the rain!).
