WOM stands for “workout of the month”: a fun, changing monthly fitness workout focused on improving your overall fitness. The workout utilizes various small training equipment, such as sandbags, kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells, large car tires, and much more. The exercises in the WOM are based on movements from everyday life. Your daily activities become much easier with a fit body: playing with your children or grandchildren, your work, or team sports. This outdoor workout won't make you 25 years younger, but you will become a lot more energetic and fitter in no time!

We at RWIJK GYM knowing that if you really want to get the maximum result out of your training, then in the first instance it is not about how heavy, fast, or often you can do something, but about how you can move well, can perform the exercise! Our personal trainers therefore pay a lot of attention to teaching our members the desired training techniques. We focus on improving the quality of movement. We do this in all our group trainingOur group training sessions can therefore also be attended by people returning from an injury, or those currently in the process of one. In our group workouts, we teach you, as a participant, all the ins and outs of all available movement patterns (exercises). Breathing, posture, technique, and core stability are the focal points of our training. It is not without reason that our motto is: Moving is good, moving well is better!

The outdoor workout of the month is a fun, varied functional training formula. In the workout, we focus on muscle endurance, maximal strength, power, and speed. For this reason, this group training is also perfect to do in support of another sport, or for injury prevention or performance improvement. After all, you are only as good as your weakest link, and we identify and improve that with this training formula.
Anyone who is healthy can participate in our group training sessions, because you always perform the exercises at your own level. Since our group training consists of a wide variety of exercises, we can vary the workouts considerably. As a result, the training sessions look different and are rarely perceived as boring! This method of training also keeps challenging your body, which is good for muscle development and endurance, while ensuring that you continue to enjoy exercising.
