Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 100 grams of frozen banana
- 100 grams of frozen raspberries
- 100 grams of quark (semi-skimmed)
- 15 grams of whey protein powder
Garnish :
- 20 grams of peanut butter
- Fruit of your choice: e.g. forest fruit such as blackberries, raspberries, blueberries or banana slices etc.
Preparation method:
1. Put all the ingredients for the nicecream into a food processor or blender and turn it on.
2. Add some water until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Take a small bowl and spoon your nicecream into it.
4. Garnish with some fruit of your choice and peanut butter.
