Healthy version of sushi

The sushi is low in fat. It is high in carbohydrates, but contains few sugars. It contains the good carbohydrates, which are a good energy source for the body. Thanks to the shrimp, it is also high in protein, which promotes muscle building.

Supplies

  •       1 cucumber
  •       70 grams of sushi rice
  •       ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  •       100 grams of shrimp
  •       Clove of garlic
  •       ½ tbsp soy sauce
  •       20 ml fries line
  •       5 grams of fried onions

Preparation method:

  1. Prepare the sushi rice as described on the packaging. When the rice is ready, add 1/2 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
  2. Cut the cucumber in half and remove the middle with a spoon.
  3. Fry the shrimp in 1 clove of garlic and ½ tablespoon of soy sauce.
  4. Divide the sushi rice over the two halves of the cucumber.
  5. Then add the shrimp and finish with onions and fried onions.
