A good start for the whole family!
A favorite of many people: pancakes! But of course, a healthier version:
Banana oatmeal pancakes.
These are a big hit with both adults and children. And they are also very easy to make, without difficult ingredients—just 3 of them, in fact! This recipe can be found in the LIJFSTIJL app. I am very curious to see your pancakes!

1 banana (120g)
2 eggs
20 g oatmeal
Topping:
50 grams of frozen summer fruit
Preparation:
1. Put the banana, eggs, and oats in a blender or mix with an immersion blender until smooth. Is the batter still a bit thick? Then add a splash of water.
2. Heat a tablespoon of sunflower oil in a pan and fry the pancakes. Make pancakes between 10 and 15 centimeters until the batter is used up. Fry for about 2 minutes per side.
3. For the red fruit topping: place the frozen summer fruit in a small saucepan and let it thaw slowly over low heat. Once thawed, pour it over the pancakes.
Enjoy your meal!
