FIT AFTER THE SUMMER PROGRAM
With this unique 8-week sports and lifestyle program, you will quickly look fit, slim, and in shape again after the summer!
How?
Work out 2 times a week with a personal trainer + guidance with:
- dietary pattern
- tips for more daily exercise
- improving other lifestyle habits such as; sleep, stress, etc.
The program will help you maintain a better and healthier lifestyle and achieve your pre-set goals. You will feel fitter, more energetic, stronger, and happier with yourself this summer, and beyond. All we ask of you is 100% commitment!
Contents of the FIT AFTER THE SUMMER PROGRAM:
- You start with a free intake with Healthcheck and/or try-out training
- Are we going to start with you, Yes or No?!
- YES! Then steps 4 through 8 follow.
- train 2 times with one of the RWIJK GYM personal trainers
- Schedule coaching sessions (1-on-1) with our nutrition coach
- You will receive your own nutrition and lifestyle plan
- Scheduling 3 body measurements (at the start, after 4 weeks, and final measurement)
- You will be matched with one of our online coaches.
