Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 small frozen banana (100 g)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (125 g)
- 1 scoop protein powder (±25g – vanilla/strawberry/banana)
- ½ bowl of Greek yogurt (125 g)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (125 ml)
Optional toppings
- Fresh fruit (berries, banana, raspberries)
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Almond butter (drizzle lightly over it)
NB: toppings 2 through 4 yield on average 50–75 kcal per 10 grams extra. Healthy products also count towards your total daily intake 😉
Preparation method
- Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender.
- Blend into a thick, creamy smoothie
- Pour into a bowl
- Add toppings if desired (in moderation).
- Enjoy!
