This simple breakfast looks super cozy and tasty, making it a real treat to start the day. Besides enjoying the recipe for breakfast, it is of course also delicious as a dessert or a snack after a workout!

Ingredients for 1 serving:
– 1 large banana (165 g)
– 100 grams of low-fat quark
– 100 grams strawberries (or other fruit)
– 10 grams of oatmeal
– (optionally a little honey or dark chocolate)

Preparation method:
1. Cut the banana vertically in half, so that you have 2 long pieces of banana.
2. Place the banana on a plate and spread the quark over the banana.
3. Top it off with the strawberries (or other fruit) and the oatmeal.
4. Bon appétit and enjoy 🙂
