What does the Muscle Mania group training entail?

The Muscle Mania group training is an efficient training formula aimed at building muscle strength and mass, and reducing fat mass (the latter is achieved primarily by adjusting your diet). The structure of the Muscle Mania group training varies monthly and consists of: a warm-up (loosening and mobilizing your body), 5 rounds of 2 exercises performed in supersets, concluding with the monthly challenge (the training finisher), and we finish the training with an extensive cool-down.

Why should I take a Muscle Mania group training?

Training should be functional and serve your goal(s) as an athlete. For some people, this means wanting to perform better in daily life, such as work, sports, hobbies, and leisure time.
