Do you want to get fitter, stronger, and more toned? In our Muscle Mania group training, we focus on muscle building, strength, endurance, and better posture. Functional training for visible results, ideal for those who want to to fall off, wants to reduce physical complaints or shape his/her body.

Workout of the Month! (WOM)

Goal: More Fitness & Energy
A new, challenging workout every month! In this circuit group training, you work against the clock and use sandbags, battle ropes, car tires, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, and more. A varied and fun workout that prepares you for everything daily life demands of you and boosts your energy, strength, and endurance.
This group training is suitable for all ages. Where necessary, our personal trainers adapt the exercises to the participant's level, for example in the case of mobility limitations or to provide an extra challenge. This ensures that everyone can participate safely and effectively, regardless of experience or fitness level.

Strength & Cardio Workout

Goal: More Muscle Strength, Fitness & Power
In this challenging group training, strength exercises are combined with cardio intervals. The exercises alternate in multiple sets: the focus of the strength exercises is on controlled execution, while the cardio intervals take place at a high tempo.
With this workout, you work specifically on real muscle strength, a stronger cardiovascular system, and improved mental resilience. Ideal for those short on time, who enjoy a challenge, and want visible results. Expect to sweat, perform, and push your limits – always in a safe environment under professional guidance.

Bootcamp (special)

Goal: Total Body workout & Teambuilding
Say goodbye to working out under fluorescent lights! Step outside and experience this complete workout in the fresh air.
Our bootcamp workouts help you work on fitness, strength, speed, agility, and flexibility, while also strengthening your mental resilience and self-confidence. Perfect for anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and motivating outdoor workout, for themselves or for a team or company to improve team spirit.
The training sessions consist of running drills, strength training for the upper and lower body, core exercises, coordination and agility exercises, and sprinting.
This workout is also excellent preparation for HYROX or obstacle runs such as Mud Masters and Strong Viking. This group class is available for teams upon request.
