Expansion of RWIJK GYM Personal Group Training Schedule!

Due to the coronavirus, for a while we were only able to train at our outdoor location with a limited number of members at a time. Fortunately, we have the option to offer our training both indoors and outdoors. Our outdoor location has sufficient space to train with larger groups simultaneously; however, we have chosen not to do so. Starting in 2021, we want to place even more focus on our group training on the personal. By keeping the number of spots for these training sessions to a maximum of 8 participants. What we see in our personal training sessions is that because we have all the time for someone, this pays off handsomely for these clients in the result(s) they achieve. Personal training While you cannot compare this to our Personal Group Training sessions, because we now keep the number of participants low there, we can still give everyone who comes to train more attention and guidance. The aim of this is for them to move better, thereby get more out of their training, and achieve their set goals.

The fact that we have transformed our outdoor location into a beautiful, fully equipped outdoor gym has not gone unnoticed. Over the past few months, more and more people have signed up, and as a result, we are now seeing that the available training slots are starting to fill up quickly. We are very pleased with these developments and have therefore decided to expand our training offerings.

Extra training sessions on our group class schedule

Therefore, starting in week 21 (May 24), we will be adding extra training sessions to our schedule on Monday evenings (19:30 – 20:30), Wednesday mornings (9:00 – 10:00), Wednesday evenings (19:30 – 20:30), and Saturday mornings (9:00 – 10:00). Because we can also offer indoor training again from May 19, you now have the option to choose between outdoor or indoor training. This is also great for our existing members, as it has provided them with extra options to, for example, come and work out in the mornings.
