Triggered by the current situation, RWIJK GYM has put together the Online LeefstijlBattle. We will guide you completely ONLINE for the next 10 weeks and help you achieve your goals!

The ONLINE Lifestyle Battle of RWIJK GYM

This Online Lifestyle Battle consists of:

• Various (live) online group training sessions every week, which you can participate in at home and look back later if desired.
• Various extra HOME workouts (For goals such as: Get Fit – Lose Weight and Get Ready) that we put ready for you in our mobile app and you can schedule yourself.
• Various extra OUTDOOR workouts, such as walking, cycling, running, etc.
• EXTRA: Weekly live online lecture / workshop on various lifestyle topics, such as stress, sleep, nutrition, etc. These can also be viewed at any time.
• A weekly practical assignment aimed at optimizing your lifestyle under the current circumstances.
• Possibility to ask questions for all components. Live or afterwards.
