Very nice and good small-scale gym located in the Plaspoelpolder area of Rijswijk. Professional, friendly, and well-trained instructors (personal trainers). Great, fun, and varied group classes. And they have an indoor and outdoor gym, so you can take classes both inside and outside. I personally liked the outdoor classes the most.
