
What is the Muscle Mania group training?
Muscle Mania is an efficient group training format that we offer to our members several times a week at RWIJK GYM in Rijswijk. The goal of this group training is;
- Participants learn to move properly (performing the exercises)
- Next, we build up the training intensity for the desired build-up of muscle mass and reduction of fat mass (the latter is achieved primarily by adjusting your diet!!).
- Enjoy an hour of exercise with others while also making progress!
In this way, we tackle incorrect movement patterns in new members and can individually teach them the desired training movements, allowing us to gradually build up in intensity. We then see that a new member with limited training experience can complete the full Muscle Mania within 6 weeks. group training can keep up. Also maintaining the enjoyment of sports and noticing that they have made progress.

Muscle Mania training structure
- Warm-up: 1 round of 1 set of 10-15 repetitions lift-ins with 50% using the heaviest weight used in the previous training.
- Core: 4 rounds of 8 minutes consisting of supersets of;
o Compound push-push
o Compound pull-pull
o Core stiffness - deadlift,
o Squat-lunges (steps). - 2-Minute Finisher (in which you give it your all one last time!)
- Cooling down: 1 to 2 exercises
With each monthly schedule, not only is the training selection changed, but the intensity is also modified monthly to continue providing you, as a participant, with the necessary training stimulus for sustained progress. For example, the monthly changing workout alternates between the following exercises and repetitions: 8-12, 12-15, 8-12, 4-8, 8-12, etc.

For the vast majority of clients, this involves performing in daily life, such as work, sports, hobbies, and other leisure activities. For another group, shaping the body is the primary goal.
