RWIJK GYM is a company that works with people on people's health. Our concept is based on three pillars: nutrition, exercise, and coaching.

Our certified trainers therefore do so much more than just put together a training schedule and provide exercise guidance. Elements of coaching on nutrition and lifestyle are integral parts of our programs.

RWIJK GYM is the small-scale personal gym with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere where you can train both indoors and outdoors. Our team of trainers consists of eight certified and highly experienced personal trainers, each with their own specialisms in the fields of exercise, medical/rehabilitation training, group training, nutritional advice (RWIJK GYM has its own dietitian), lifestyle, and mental coaching. This enables us to provide everyone with a personal and tailored approach. Our methodology is based on science and years of practical experience (evidence-based and practice-based). And it works!

Sufficient exercise is essential for a healthy, functioning body. With a good exercise plan, you work not only on your health but also on your self-confidence. With a personal training schedule, you work with our trainer on building muscle tissue. This, in turn, makes you feel better about yourself. Sufficient self-confidence and sufficient muscle tissue are essential if your goal is to lose weight. However, you won't lose weight by exercising and training alone.
That is why we always guide our clients with a smartly put together plan that includes room for training as well as nutritional coaching.

The difference between a dietitian and a nutrition coach

A dietitian knows a great deal about nutrition and is an indispensable link in the recovery process, for example in pre-operative pathways or in the guidance of people with obesity. The dietitian also primarily prescribes food.
A nutrition coach or weight consultant also has extensive knowledge of nutrition, but does not merely prescribe food. What our nutrition coach does is coach people in repairing their relationship with food.
This certainly amounts to nutritional advice in part, but the client is also imparted knowledge about nutrition and coached in making healthy choices.

RWIJK GYM the personal training studio for Den Hoorn

Our newly furnished personal training studio is equipped with professional fitness equipment and all necessary training materials. It features a mechanical air purification system, and you work out in an enjoyable and pleasant environment where you can train in peace. RWIJK GYM has an indoor and outdoor gym. You can come to us both inside and outside be trained. In addition to the training facilities, there are also shower facilities, and we have a beautiful room where we conduct body scan analyses and movement analyses, and hold coaching sessions with our clients in peace and quiet.

Our gym is located directly on the A4 opposite the European Patent Office in Rijswijk. From The Horn Our gym is easily accessible via the A4, 7.5 kilometers away, in 9 minutes. And parking in front of our location is free.

It is understandable that if you are looking for a Personal Trainer in the Den Hoorn area, you also want to get a feel for the atmosphere. How accessible and quick is our location to reach?
