What can you expect?

If you sign up for the After Summer Challenge, we start with an introductory phone call. This is followed by a Personal intake at RWIJK GYM with a body or movement analysis.

 

Next, we create a weekly plan focused on your goals for nutrition, lifestyle, and training sessions that also fit your busy schedule.

 

You train twice a week, one-on-one, in a small group, or a combination of both, always under the guidance of our experienced personal trainers. We schedule an evaluation halfway through and conclude with a final measurement. This way, we make your progress visible and tangible.

 

The result? More energy, fewer kilos, and feeling good in your own skin again. And who knows; the flying start towards a healthier lifestyle in the long term.
